Computer Mouse control and Keyboard skills
Mouse Control
Controlling a mouse can be difficult at first and children can become easily frustrated. But learning to control a computer mouse improves children's fine motor skills. Remind them to keep their wrist straight and move their arm not their wrist. The following games are fun ways to practise this skill!

Keyboard skills
As well as saving time, touch typing has other benefits for children. It improves fine motor skills, helps them to work on computers quickly and efficiently, secures their knowledge of reading and the alphabet and even helps them to remember spellings. The image below shows the correct finger positioning for touch typing, which can be practised on the games which are linked underneath.
